Please note video games are not eligible for refunds after being shipped.
If a game is defective or doesn't function properly we offer free 30 day replacements, or retuns with a refund.
To be eligible for an return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an return, contact us at [email protected]. If your exchange is accepted, you'll be responsible for covering the cost of shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
